Individual chat notification

On a channel point sound, the animation section lets you override the global animation for channel point elements. I'd like to request the same for chat notifications (i.e. out of 15 channel point sounds, I'd want 3 to post something in chat).

In addition, it'd be nice to be able to set the chat notification for all individual sounds, including extension sounds used with bits (e.g., a certain sound on the board pastes a command in chat that another bot can process).
