Individual cooldowns

I’ve recently run into a problem with a viewer playing a jumpscare alerts over and over. I have changed the cooldown but I don’t want it to affect the other not so invasive alerts for other viewers. I noticed there isn’t a cooldown for individual alerts. Is that a function that you plan on adding in the future? It would be very helpful as some alerts are more distracting than others.
