Overlap option per alert, like for raid.

I had a few alerts played in a row, but didn't want a mess of sound so I play them 1 by 1. But when a raid alert comes in I still want that to overlap all my normal extention and channel point ones. Kinda useless having a raid alert if it doesn't show up when it actually happens.
