I would suggest creating an option so that some audios can only be rescued by MODs. Two ways: either by Twitch extension or by channel points

I'd like to be able to encourage more subs by making certain sound alerts free for subscribers (and maybe VIPs/mods) but maintain their Bit cost for everyone else.
I know this could be done by having duplicate sounds (if that's possible?), set to subscriber only and make it free, but it seems like a bad user experience to give them two entries for the same sound.

A variation, to me it makes sense to lock sounds and restrict them only to followers or subscribers, but I'm not sure how Sound Alerts would be able to detect that short of implementing a manual whitelist.
