Switching profile with a Twitch command

I would like to give the ability to my viewers to switch sound alerts profile with a command.
For exemple, I link my sound alerts profile "MEME" to the command "!sameme" and every time someone type "!sameme" in the chat, it switching to the profil "MEME".
