Turn Off Commands

I want to make my own chat commands about !soundalerts therefore I need the ability to turn off the default command. I don't find the default command to be helpful.

How do you even program the sound commands through chatbot?

You just set it up like any other command. I'm not talking about programming my own announcements of who bought what sound alert. I just mean for the actual !soundalerts command. I want to make my own but I can't turn off the default command that the bot provides.
