Make it easier to locate "anonymous" options.

Previously the anon alerts option appeared as a checkbox users could tick prior to playing a sound. After recent updates, this checkbox option has gone away. My understanding is you can still set this option to reappear, but it is an utter mystery where the option lives in settings.

Most streamers I know don't even personally check their sound alerts settings, and even if they did, they wouldn't know where to look to find options to allow anonymous alerts. Do proper information architecture study and make it simple for streamers and editors to make changes to these settings.
